With Pablo Hernandez and Adam Forshaw ruled out for Leeds United for the midweek clash against West Bromwich Albion, as we know, we took the win and all three points regardless, but with some doubts as to whether either will return for the Millwall trip, manager Marcelo Bielsa has now confirmed that they have been joined on the sidelines by Jamie Shackleton and Liam Cooper.
📰 | #LUFC captain Liam Cooper ruled out for up to 6 weeks with a groin injury, whilst Jamie Shackleton's hamstring injury will keep him sidelined for up to 4 weeks

With no strict timeframe for Pablo and Forshaw that I’ve seen, it’s expected that our skipper will be out for around the six week mark, whilst Academy graduate Shackleton is out for the next month.
After injuries holding us back last season, this is the last thing anyone wanted as we continue battling at the top end of the table, and reaction to the news on social media was mixed – a bit of doom allied to a lot of sarcasm – but as one fan pointed out, given we are about to enter another fortnight lull for the October international break, at least that’s two weeks without a fixture that plays to our small advantage here.
This is the Leeds United i fell in love with

Only upside is the 2 week international break will reduce the amount of missed matches.
